This company is horrible. They obviously do not want to business with the dental profession but just rip us off. From when they took over Schick, and Cerec servicing, they thought they could just charge whatever they want and with horrible customer service. I have had many issues in the past but this last one has made me write this review. I have an MC X5 mill the inlab one 5 axis. Sales people lure you in , finance department harass you, managers of local branch think they own the company, never return call, DENTISTS don't do business with Patterson, worst service.
Still waiting for them to approve a kavo handpiece repair since 01.25.2024.
Worse experience ever> poor customer service.
