Patterson Dental provides outstanding dental equipment, supplies, and service. Kent Chastain is an amazing dental rep. He helped me start my business from nothing. Scott Griffith and Clay Wilson installed my equipment, and have kept my equipment running flawlessly for over 10 years. They are the absolute best at what they do. They also stand behind everything they sell. You won't find better customer service anywhere.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT TEAMS!!!! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP WITH OFFICES ABOUT TECHNICAL ISSUES AND THEN SLANDER EMPLOYEES NAMES! I PURCHASED 5 NEW ADEC CHAIRS AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES. INSTEAD OF ADDRESSING THEM THEY DO NOT CALL BACK OR SET UP THE NECESSARY MEETINGS WITH AN ADEC REPRESENTATIVE. THE CHAIRS ARE UNDER WARRANTY HOWEVER THEY CONTINUE TO TRY TO CHARGE US FOR SERVICE CALLS. THEY SENT THE WRONG NUMBER OF CHAIRS TO START.
