I saved $80 by walking out of Patterson Dental. The lady cleaning my teeth wanted to charge $80 for a "deep" cleaning of my teeth. She kept telling me it was her job and that maybe I hadn't paid at other dentist because my insurance must have paid for it, she was unable to comprehend that no other dentist has ever mentioned a deeper cleaning. I went to this dental office for my semi-annual cleaning and check-up last week, and when I arrived in the hygienist cubical, I wanted to rinse my mouth with mouthwash, because it had been a couple of hours since I had brushed and I found no mouthwash in their restroom. I noticed that the hygienist got a bit nervous when I asked if I could rinse out my mouth in the sink, and she brushed me off responding: “Oh that’s okay.” Later, I discovered why she did not let me rinse. went to dental office and besides it being dirty, i kept receiving bill after bill from office. called my ins company, they said pmt had been submitted to dental office and had been cashed by patterson dental group. still receive bill for my xrays and when i called office to tell them what insurance co said one lady got very nasty with me and said she was turning me to collections. called again next time bill came to me and some one told me to let the lord handle it. beware of this place, they are still sending me bills. ins... read more
