Terrible and too expensive!! I had a chair down for 3 weeks while “waiting” on parts and services from Patterson. Charged $2000 dollars for a 30 minute repair on my suction which sounds like a scam. Found another company that charged $330 for a different dental chair issue I had this week and they fixed it the same day. Will never use Patterson again.
There’s a reason why no reviews for more than 5 years. Quality of customer support has gone down drastically. Service dept and in house scheduling….good luck! Field techs.. most are ok and most will help when they finally get scheduled to come out. If you are buying equipment find out who services it and if it’s this branch run just RUN. Wish I could give negative stars but unfortunately you can’t.
