I had 2 major issues with this company: 1-I purchased some products from Patterson on the Sowingo website 7 months ago. The product that was described on Sowingo did not match what was delivered. When I reached out to Sowingo, they followed up with Patterson and they said Patterson had made a mistake in giving them the description and pricing of the product and they refuse to honor what they had offered. 2- Once the products were delivered, I did not receive any invoice. Merchandise department is horrible! Left 4 voicemails over a week and a half for a return slip and NO ONE has returned our calls. Terrible service!
