Abysmal Billing Practices. They continue to bill me for services I cancelled. Then they tack on service charges even though the services were cancelled and final months balance was paid.
Here's a tip... If you're going to have company vehicles, don't tailgate people an inch from their bumper when they're already going over 70mph. You're going to cause an accident
Dentists BEWARE! Do NOT work with this company under ANY circumstances. I am in the middle of a very expensive dental startup and had a lot of financial questions. I was accommodated for a while, but when asking about price matching to Henry Schein or others. I was essentially told to go somewhere else. Thats not customer service. Patterson Dental makes up fake charges and Preys on Dentists. Patterson Dental charges ridiculous prices for Items. Beware do not do business with this Scam company - They hire people and train them to Be incredibly nice but will retaliate against doctor with Fake charges when you take your business elsewhere. I will educating dentists and future dentists of our experience with this Sham company, so Patterson cannot continue to Rip off Dentists.
