We engaged Patterson Custom Homes to build a two bedroom guesthouse with a loft. In general, our experience with Patterson was excellent. The Patterson team did good work and responded in a timely fashion to our inquiries and issues, which was important given that we were overseeing the project from our main residence over 2,000 miles away.
