My experience with Mrs Cheryl Patterson was negative and her behaviour unprofessional. I could understand her late reply to book an appointment - 2 weeks - but what I find totally unacceptable and unprofessional is her giving me an appointment and not showing up. When I sent a message asking what happened, she replied that “they had made a mistake and texted someone else who had an appointment same day, same time with me, who replied they weren’t coming” so they assumed I wasn’t coming… When I asked what are the chances that... read more
My family was referred to her by mental health and upon attempting to book an appointment she was very rude, especially once I stated we were indigenous. Once this statement was made, she became quite patronizing within her discussion. She then hung up on me when I made a comment about her tone and how rude she was presenting. Very professional indeed.
Cheryl has been helping me for approximately a year. She's been very flexible with my schedule and is very easy to talk to. I am very grateful that I found her.
