Tiffany is a wonderful certified EMDR therapist in our community. She is a highly sensitive, very empathetic, and a culturally affirming therapist. Tiffany's clinical skills are highly sought after for clients that need immediate relief from anxiety and trauma. As a fellow clinician, I have made plenty of referrals to her practice and will continue to do so for the future.
I went to Dr. Tiffany Patterson for about a year because I wanted to confront my trauma head on. I was committed to the journey - always showing up on time and keeping my appointments week after week. In the beginning, working with Dr. Patterson seemed promising but as the sessions progressed, it seemed like her participation became less and less.
