I had the team at Patterson come out to install our whole-home generator receptacle and they were extremely quick and cleaned up everything after themselves - not a single complaint I can make! Afterwards, Dominique came and spent time showing me how to activate the generator, how to switch off the power to the home (to simulate an outage) and how they installed a safety switch so you can't possibly hook things up incorrectly.
