Dominique provided exceptional service but more importantly he took the time to explain things to us. He is a professional in every way, he came when he said he would and he loved our two golden retrievers. After a couple other electricians came to my house in South Charlotte to provide quotes, it became very difficult to get the job I needed scheduled and completed. Finally I found Patterson and everything went smoothly from there. Dominique himself came to provide our estimate and was very professional. Clearly an expert in his role and very polite and friendly on top of that. The several electric jobs I needed completed in my home were done exactly as expected with no fuss while I was away at work.
