Luke and Katie turned our house into a home! From Katie's design and decor expertise to Luke's ability to help imagine what we could do with the space. We added an additional bedroom, moved the laundry room, and increased storage space. They took one idea and showed us how much more could be done. They used what we already had and gave it a new look. We keep coming back for more whether it is new cabinets or a bedroom reno. They are our go-to construction and design dream team!
We are so appreciative of PCD's care and expertise while helping us improve our home! The result is even better than we hoped for, and at budget. Their subs were super to work with as well. All in all, a fantastic experience!
We wanted to maximize our home as much as possible, being that it was a small ranch. PCD helped us update our galley kitchen and add a mudroom wall with custom built cabinets to maximize storage space for coats, shoes, etc. Our most recent project was a living room refresh. The PCD design team created a mood board, sourced all the new furniture/accessories, and staged our home with the new products while we were away at work. We had a large 2-story living room with odd proportions resulting in a large amount of wasted space with no functional or aesthetic value. PCD added a floor system and added a significant amount of finished space in our house without building on, as well as reconfiguring some of our floor plan for enhanced usability. Our new space is beautiful and we are thankful for it every day. PCD was the right team to make our home improvement dreams come true.
