We have nothing but great things to say about Patterson Company! Every individual from their team we interacted with was friendly, informative, and clearly enjoys what they do. The quality of workmanship put into our house was unlike any of the other new builds we looked at- our inspector even said it is one of the best well done new constructionshe had seen in a long time. They are great at communication and have been amazing to work with at every step of the process. I highlyrecommend this company!

I've only had a few experiences with home builders but none were better than Patterson. We found very few things on our walkthrough that needed to be addressed and Patterson handled everything to our satisfaction. They were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them!

I represented a client building a new home. We experienced great communication from Christy McAfee and the team. The home was finished ahead of schedule. It was a smooth process and a breath of fresh air that was much needed!

Me and my wife purchased a new build built by Patterson Company. Every week they gave us an update on the progress and answered every communication. The project manager was at every walk through and was receptive to all questions. Their customer service and quality of build have been top of the line. We could not be happier with our new home.

I worked with Zack on my new home and he was extremely professional and responded to our question in a very timely manner. He was proactive in all aspect of the project including the updates on the home and fixing any issues that came up during the inspection
