I love the quality of work Patterson delivers.
Bought a home from this company a little over a year ago. The buying experience is great, it's just after you've closed on the home it is like pulling teeth to get things repaired before your 1 year warranty is up. My master bathroom shower floor tray began to crack around 6-8 months after purchasing, instead of them replacing it, they took the cheaper route and patched it up. Well, lo and behold, the crack is back, it's past warranty & now I am left with the burden of replacing it.
I bought a Patterson home built in 2018 and am very happy with it. Wonderful layout and well-constructed! Plus, the company was very helpful even 6 years later :)
