Patterson was the most unprofessional company I have had the misfortune of working with. Any potential buyer is much better off buying an existing quality home, rather than working with this builder.
BUYER BEWARE! Worst home buying experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend a Patterson home to my worst enemy. For starters, my and the neighbors homes are infested with springtail bugs and have been since I moved in. Patterson accepts zero responsibility and does not stand behind their work. The realtor will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign and close. Don’t fall for it like we did.
Fantastic experience with Patterson. We love our new Townhouse and the company is very responsive. Highly recommend checking out Patterson for your next home purchase! Rachel and Christy are great; highly recommend them in Spring Hill.
