We had a wonderful experience buying our new home from Patterson Company! I especially want to thank Jazzlyn Heath for being so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She made the experience feel easy and comfortable for us. We are very happy with our new home and truly appreciate all the help and great customer service from the Patterson Company team. Highly recommend! 🏡❤️
Jazzlyn Heath with Patterson Company was excellent to work with. Great communication and prompt follow up. Our buyers are very happy with their new home. Extremely professional team and great quality homes. Highly recommend.
Patterson was the most unprofessional company I have had the misfortune of working with. Any potential buyer is much better off buying an existing quality home, rather than working with this builder.
