Amazing dealership and great staff.
My husband and I are travelling and we picked up a screw in our tire in Fort Erie. Stopped in to Patterson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to see if by chance they could have a look. Their staff were very friendly and accommodating and they were able to look at our vehicle very quickly and had us on our way within a half hour. In a world where most people look for a way to say ‘no’, Patterson Chrysler staff went out of their way to say ‘Yes’! Excellent experience and would recommend them wholeheartedly!
Truly Awful, they have denied my service after years of having them service my Jeeps because “if your buying from Niagara Chrysler, then get your car serviced there!” Like most people I buy my vehicles where I get the best price and features I want in the vehicle and service them locally. I have always been kind, accommodating, and never had any issues or disagreements over anything with them. Good shop worked out well for me. They got me in and out in a timely manner. Even though it was not of a very nice repair I appreciate the quality of work.
