I was very disappointed in my recent experience with the service department. My car seemed as an inconvenience to them. Once they accepted my car, which is under warranty, the ball did not start rolling. The lack of communication is very evident. I received a text with a service tracker. The tracker never went beyond the “arrival” state. I thought the tracker would be a great way for me to keep up with the service. After a day of nothing but “arrival” I called the svc department. Poor communication we were told parts were on the way when in fact they hadn't even been ordered wont be coming back
As always the customer service was outstanding and they had me in and out in under an hour!
Have had a brand new car in shop multiple times car never had problems until they touched it for a recall car has cost a accident now and Patterson doesn't want to make it right wont just trade car out was told buy another car what a joke at 51 thousand dollars and been in shop off and on i will never buy another car from Patterson car only had 69 miles when drove off lot at 3,000 recall was suppose to be fixed and ever since than everything has messed up radio, esc, transmission, yes my car under warranty but yet they messe... read more
