They will disrespect your loyalty, deny services, avoid warranty items, fail on servicing and neglect the basics. This is the 2nd best experience I've had at Patterson Cheney! The 1st was a transmission leak that arose after a Trans rebuild with with reputable repairer (I won't mention the name as it won't be right). The unmentioned repairer subcontracted the transmission to a mob in Bayswater who couldn't fix it after 3 go's! (Baysi did try thou). When I tried to get the repairer who I gave the truck to and paid the sum of approx 7k, they said that I should be dealing directly with the subcontractor as they were not the repairer!
