Terrible service unfortunately. Took my car here last year as it was overheating. They held it for 2 weeks in which you should offer a loan car as common courtesy considering the timeframe they had my car. They didn’t. Ended up being well over $2000 to get this fixed which I copped on the chin. When I finally got my car back all worked well for about a week until it started overheating again. I have taken my car here a few times and not once have I felt they are trustworthy which is a shame.
Friendly, fast, efficient and far less cost than I had expected. Brilliant! I will return each time for services rather than the range offered everywhere else!
Bishan at Patternson Cheney Holden looked after the service of my Holden Astra recently, and went above and beyond after it was found that one of the pistons in my engine had cracked. It was replaced under warranty and the rest of the service carried out with no issues. My car was in for about two weeks, during which I was given a loaner car to drive. Absolute life saving legends, thank you for the amazing service. 🫶
