Excellent car service experience. Received a video of the car health check with clear visuals of current and potential problems. Was told the car needed a $580 water pump by another service provider. They checked the pump and there was nothing wrong with it. Honest appraisal of the need for expensive new work on my old car which was appreciated. The car had to be ready by 3pm - it was. I was a new customer and impressed by the service I received.

I rang customer service 2days ago,for a mechanic quote on 2 jobs I need done, vz timing chain and a starter motor for VY Ute, couldn't be bother getting back to me ,thanks boys, I work across the road, would have been handy. Useless.

Have had my wife’s Trax serviced there for 4 years. Last week losing coolant with no apparent leak spotted they were booked out but as per usual Andrew managed to squeeze the car in their fully booked out week. As it turned out water pump Leak and I licked it up the next afternoon. As always great service. Regards Andy Guenther
