Wow, customer PR, helpful young man changed my fob battery then came out to help me open a troubling tailgate. He explained something I didn't know about the button to open it and it worked. Thank you so much, I didn't get your name but you calmed down an older woman frustrated with an exasperating rear door. I know where im going next time I need parts, conveniently located too!!!
