While they obviously provide your average vertrinary services, I find the staff to be fairly unfriendly, uncaring, and seem to be burdened by its customers. They never seem to care about very much, and are extremely overpriced! I have NEVER experienced genuine care or empathy from anyone there. I cringe to have to go there!
