I like my psychiatrist, but don't love the front staff. Asking for refills is like pulling teeth. Requested a refill of my adderall last week, my original pharmacy didn't have the script at first so THREE DAYS LATER they finally sent it. Turns out the pharmacy is out, asked to move to another pharmacy... 5 emails later and I'm still waiting. It's been a week. 4 days without my meds at this point. At least it isn't my depression meds but come on now Kym!
Very disappointed in this company. I've been a patient for a few years and due to not having to have an appt with them in the time they expected they are making me start over as a new patient for the higher fee. Will no longer be utilizing this co.
Would give this place no stars if possible. Had the displeasure of using this practice and having no needs met. Psychiatrist would tell me one thing and the office coordinator would tell me another. Contacted them for inquiries and my records and was ghosted. Unprofessional practice. Go literally anywhere else.
