Erik is one of the best. He’s has helped my construction company with numerous planning, zoning, and building, permits. He is the first I run too when we have an issues with plan check. I've worked with Erik @ Pattern on at least 5 different projects. I've worked with other expediters and they all fall short compared to Erik. Incredibly knowledgeable and proactive throughout the entire permitting process. In several cases Erik found ways of saving our company a considerable amount of money on city imposed development fees by analyzing our project design and suggesting minor modifications. 5/5

We were trying to build an ADU (additional dwelling unit) in our backyard. Unfortunately, our house resides in a flood zone. So, we were faced with some crippling restrictions. We tried handling them for about a year, hiring several people, without success. Then we talked to Erik.
