This company is terrible. The Client Success Specialist misplaced my information, causing a delay with the insurer, and the Insurance Advisor was dismissive and unprofessional when I raised my concerns. They claim to serve physicians with care, but they are disorganized, disrespectful, and unaccountable for their poor actions.
They were willing to answer any questions about disability insurance.
Jared and Jordon were extremely helpful. Made the experience very easy.
