We had a truly great experience with Patten Pool Repair. We met with Bill and discussed the repairs that were required on our 14 year old pool. Our project encompassed redesigning our water feature, repairing and replacing pool coping, waterline tile and backsplash tile, installing new LED lighting and finally replacing our PebbleTec surface with a similar StoneScapes Mini Pebble surface. After interviewing 5 pool remodel companies we chose Patten Pool Repair. Bill England was nothing short of amazingly professional, dependable, honest and fair. Bill was able to keep us focused and stay on budget. He also provided solicited advice which was beneficial in making some decisions. The process with Bill England & Patten Pool repair was exceptional. We would not hesitate to use his company for any pool repairs and upgrades. The photos are before, during and after the remodel.
We had Patten Pool Repair redo our plaster and tile along with upgrading our equipment. They did a excellent job at a competitive price. It was finished in the time estimated. Bill and Ethan were always available and answered all our our questions. We would recommend them to anyone doing a pool upgrade.
I wish I can give zero stars. If you want to hire someone to do pool work, never hire Ron with Ron Patton Pool Company. We had our pool plastered 2 years ago and since then, the pool cleaner was not working. I asked a couple of pool company to find the problem. I was told by 2 companies that the plumbing of the wall connection of the cleaner was not done correctly.
