I won’t bring any of my animals back here. Waited months for my dog to get fixed. He was prior not socialized with any other dogs for weeks, and was perfectly fine & not sick. On the car ride there he started coughing a bit… maybe a nervous/anxiety cough? Dry throat? 20 minutes later I was told they would not operate and I needed to turn around and pick him up. I have been going to Patt for over 15 years and the service and care they show and give you and your pets can get no better
Staff was amazing when we came in and my little gunner was well taken care of. We only got two shots, but the next day I noticed my little guy wasn't doing well after the shots. He didn't want to get up and walk or go out the bathroom and just whinned in pain. I called Patts to let them know and they were able to get me some meds for him right away and after an hour he was a whole different dog.
