They charged my mom 2.5 hours of labor $250 and $2.98 in parts to fix two 6 inch 18ga wires. It only took them 40mins about to find the problem and after looking at the repair I know it took maybe 10mins to fix. Do not go, they rip off the elderly!
Do not go here. I have been to Patsy Lou twice for a shaking steering wheel upon using breaks. Upon the first visit, I requested 4 new rotors and new breaks. After leaving the first visit, my car continued to shake. I was and am a full time student and was working full time at that time. In addition, Patsy Lou is an hour commute from where I was living at that time. I love this dealership. They go above and beyond...always. The service department makes me feel like I am one of the family. We will always buy our cars from these people.
The people were easy to work with. Described pricing and financing clearly. Sales person was friendly and helpful
My chevy truck had an engine light that was coming on and my local mechanic couldn't make it stay off. Patsy Lou found in pretty fast. They only had my truck one night and said a sensor was bad, that a lot of them have that problem. They got it fixed and it hasn't come on again. I just wish they could keep this truck from rusting so bad!

Don't Take Your Car Here For Service – The service I receive from Patsy Lou was horrible. I had some work done that was necessary for me to use a dealer or else I would have use my own mechanic. They had my car for almost 2 months because they could not find parts charged me $2,500 and the parts only cost $500 and the rest was labor I suppose.
