melt-in-your-mouth good I have high standards for pizza, having enjoyed authentic New York and Philadelphia pizza. I did not expect to find such a high quality pizza in Arizona, but was pleasantly surprised. I tried the regular cheese pizza. They used good quality mozzarella, which is apparently homemade. They claim that their sauce is a secret recipe, but it has the perfect mix of tang and sweetness that, when combined with the mozzarella and fresh basil, is utterly delicious. Great Place! Stopped by here the other night for the first time and enjoyed a lite dinner with my fiance. I had the Mediterranean Salad and it was excellent! Aside from the great food, the staff was friendly, and we were seated by a window facing the beautiful nearby park at sunset.
Patsy Grimaldi's Pizzeria is among the best, but service is sketchy Phoenix is known for Pizzeria Bianco, but Grimaldi's is almost as good and you don't have to wait 4 hours! The prices are a bit steep, but the quality of the ingredients is superb. The service is rarely good (my biggest complaint), but also rarely bad enough to make me miss out on the pizza. Great pizza I love the pizza and pasta here. They have so many choices and each of them are amazing,even though I love just plain cheese pizza. The prices are really cheap and affordable
