Went to fix a small chip and the poorly trained employee ended up making the chip run from top to bottom. I don't blame him but the company definitely needs to train them better and provide better tools. All he could say was "that wasn't supposed to happen, I'm sorry" and "you keep it out of the heat" I have no idea how, I live in Texas. Save yourself the trouble and just go to a professional shop.
