My name is Kenny Bates. I work in OKC during the week and head home (Lawton) for the weekends. I had an issue with one my Goodyear tires on my 2010 Nissan Altima. I was having a slow leak on my right rear tire. I brought it in and talked with Frank. They checked my tire and come to find out I had a pretty big screw inbedded in my tire but it was on the side wall. Frank went to great lengths to try to fix my problem.
