I recently ordered from Pat’s in Gloucester and had a disappointing experience. As a Doctor of Business, I understand that mistakes can happen, but how the situation was handled was unacceptable. An entire pizza was forgotten during our delivery, and when we called to address the issue, we were met with indifference. The customer service (possibly a manager) said, “Sorry, there's nothing we can do." By far the worst pizza I ever had, I don’t if the pizza was sitting out and they reused it but it was no good, French fries wasn’t done they was was still hard and the cheese sauce was so nasty taste like it was left out all night. It was a completely waste of $30 never again!!!
