History Established in 1966. Pat's Seafood was originally started in Bucktown, New Orleans in the mid 60's serving boiled, fresh, and fried seafood caught only in Louisiana. Meet the Business Owner Ralph P. Business Owner The current owner, Ralph Patrick Jr is the son of the original owner, the late Ralph Patrick Sr. He opened the current location in 1989 shortly after Pat's Seafood was closed on highway 190.

This to me is the best seafood place in Covington. People are nice and very helpful. Their boiled seafood has the best flavors. Love all the pasta and bread pudding. They have it all.
