Our car broke down on Bainbridge Island over the weekend and we were desperate to get it back up and running, but the only places that were open didn’t have a tow or call-out service. Pat is THE MAN. Honest, incredibly helpful, and just goes above and beyond. We were broke down trying to get back to Seattle and couldn’t figure out what to do. Everywhere was closed and we were trying to troubleshoot but nothing worked. Pat helped us and charged us an incredibly reasonable rate. He stayed with us in the rain and got us sent on our way. Absolutely 100% recommend him. Great service and an even better person. Thanks so much!!
