The employee never gave me a quote up front then tried to charge me $225 after working for less than 40 minutes and failing to find my septic tank clean out cover. The guy gave up after 30 minutes or so and offered to snake the pipe from my bathroom by removing my toilet for $700 instead. He never even offered to keep digging. Outrageous.
