Beware.. This Location Will Scam You And Up Charge You For Items That Per Their Menu Says It’s “Served With” And Also Serve You Frozen Food Because They Didnt Microwave It Long Enough. Take A Look At Their Menu In The Store, The Wraps Say They’re “Served With Fries” But They’ll Up Charge You For The Fries And Tell You It’s A Misprint. Thank you for correcting your mistake with my order but hanging up on people is definitely not a good business look especially when that particular customer makes sure your delivery drivers get tipped everytime and have been a loyal customer for years
Very disappointed with my order from Pat’s Pizza & Pasta. I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo Dinner, but the salad was completely missing, and the pasta was missing the onions and tomatoes I ordered. I called to let them know, but they didn’t seem to care and instead blamed DoorDash. Regardless of who was responsible, I expected the restaurant to take the issue seriously and try to make it right. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will never be ordering from here again.
