Pats square pizza’s are the best in the area!!
Cashier was on his phone as I stood at the counter. He acted as if he didn’t see or hear say hello first, I loudly said excuse me. Shrugged his shoulder when I asked about price. I mistakenly went here thinking it was a pats select pizzeria. Pizza was cold has to ask for it yo be reheated, it was reheated twice still cold
We’ve been ordering pizza from here regularly for my crew of 20+ employees, and it’s always a huge hit. The pizza is consistently fresh, the orders are accurate, and everything is ready on time, even with large orders. The Margarita pizza is outstanding, and the BBQ chicken pizza is always one of the first to disappear. It’s not easy to find something that 20 people all agree on, but everyone looks forward to pizza days now. Great food, reliable service, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Customer service is everything and this place lack it’s significantly! I waited an hour and half for food just to get told they would remake it and send it back out AFTER my lunch break over. By 1:23pm my food was marked delivered. By 1:30 I called the restaurant to ask if anything was wrong because my order was marked delivered but it wasn’t left where I asked it to be left in the delivery instructions.
