Our order was completely ruined, but the customer service really topped off this HORRIBLE experience! My husband called and very politely and calmly told them the issue with our order. He was screamed at, cussed at, and hung up on. The food is low quality, but the customer service is absolutely abhorrent
Toppings were falling off the pizza. Called to just let PATS know and got cussed out and yelled at as I tried to explain and not blame I got hung up on! Possibly the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I will never eat here again.
i came in with my 4 and 1 year old boys wanting to try something new for dinner and left extremely upset. My kids were sitting at the table playing and being noisy kids yes but as we are leaving a gentleman behind the counter proceeds to yell at my son to be quiet and shush him then he runs into the kitchen before i could inform him my son is autistic and apologize for the disruption but i left very uneasy and regret not getting a refund. the cashiers were very nice, but the guy just gave nasty looks the whole time not a sin... read more
