Not as good as before.I have been there a at least 50 or more times for the first time extremely dissatisfied,I pay for armor all they only did the tires.the interior I had to finish cleaning myself.For the price lousy lousy job,
Something has happened at Pat's recently. I have been a customer since Pat's opened up in the early nineties. They have always provided great service, until now. I have been getting the $51.99 express wax with Lexol on the leather interior for an extra $20 since 2017 when I bought a new vehicle. Two weeks ago I noticed a few oversights that were never a problem before (window spots, dirty drink holders, missed spots on the interior) and there were a lot of bugs missed on the exterior. Well Pats has let me down, I have been a customer since the opening and carried all my cars over the years to get cleaned. However last weekend I had my Hummer H2 in and it took almost an hour, 6 cars were put in front of me, the crew did not work on my bumpers and interior seats. The one thing I noticed is the price is going up and the services are going down unless you spend more money. the services i did receive were poor, all in a hurry to get the next car in and make that money. Beware! Don't waste your money here. Terrible terrible service. Manager and assistant manager can't understand English very well. Worst of all, the owner, Pat, is a white old man who is extremely arrogant and discriminative. Wost experience ever!
You know, I don't mind spending $32 plus a tip on a car wash when I'm satisfied with the results. I was in today (9/16/16) at 8:05 am. I thought because I got in early that I had a good shot at getting a good car wash. (Stupid me). When I got in my car and left the lot, I couldn't see out of the windows! They were badly streaked and the back window was so bad I couldn't see out of it! After going around the block and returning to the car wash, I got the problem handled. Do not take your car here. My mom went there and they disrespected her. She paid $35 for something i can do. They literally poured water on it and called it clean! They said they cant clean her car because it was too dirty. THAT'S WHY SHE CAME TO THE CAR WASH. and on top of that they were literally downgrading her because her English wasn't good. WOW, this place is horrific. You can probably pay your 10 year old kids $35 for a way better job. If yp had a zero stars rate, that what they deserve.
DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Picked up my car and the leather seat is RUINED!! Pat the owner basically said its not his problem and they didn't do it. He was absolutely rude and without even really looking at it said there is no way they did it. I will be seeking legal help because I just bought the car and it was perfect when I left it there! I was shocked at how Pat the owner acted. He could care less what happens to your car and will deny any wrong doing!!! Save yourself a lot of money and stay away!!!
Stay away from this place, I see now that I am only one of many who have been lied too, treated unprofessionally, cursed at and he even tried to put it back on me. Be prepared if your car is damaged you will be responsible not Pat. His machine bent my side rails 6 inches and bent the brackets he wanted to have someone take a torch and try and heat them up and bend them back (REALLY! would he except this if it was his car?)
