I quit smoking in just one visit after having smoked for over 30 years and not being able to quit. Pat told me I could stop smoking in 1 visit and I don't think I believed her, but it worked. I have been a non smoker now for over 3 months and the great thing is I didn't gain any weight or act like a bear from withdrawal like I did when I tried to stop before. Thanks Pat.
