Why have a business that when your clients refer people to you; you tell them, "No, you dont accept call-ins or walk-ins". Then on top of that you come off as being annoyed someone called for your services.

Pat is a wonderful dog groomer. Shes knowledgeable about dogs needs and will help improve quality of life with grooming and other advice for you. I have known her 12 years. I trust her. I recommend her.

Horrible customer service! She was extremely rude from the moment I called she immediately turned me down when I tried to make an appointment and had no interest in even talking to me until I told her I was referred by one of her customers. I only like to have my dogs groomed every 2-3 months, not every single month so she did not want my business. When I started to ask if there was a place nearby she could recommend for me she hung up. I'm not sure how people like this stay in business.

Pat does a wonderful job, we've been thrilled with her services for years. She knows dogs and products well - nevR an issue with reactions like we'd previously had at Petco, etc. Also love that our dog always comes home with a new seasonal bandana - nice touch!
