Wood never use again .he came gave me a price for a new installation gave me a price had to pay parcel payment had a 4 ton he installed a3.5 ton I have two intake return vents to AC he cut corners pushed the back of the home vent return up in attic said I didn't need it the AC unit ran continuously I went up in attic the vent return for the back of house was laying open causing a vacuum pulling heat out of attic into the house keeping the AC running continuously I called him back out here he basically told me he wasn't going... read more

I left a voice message on a Sunday about my air conditioning unit freezing up constantly. It could’ve been a compressor very expensive. It could’ve been low on Freon. Also very expensive. I could’ve had collapse duck work. I was called back Monday morning before 830 set up an appointment for a few hours later. Pat and the assistant showed up completely disassembled the unit outside.
