I went to the restroom and when I left I forgot my purse. After getting home I realized that I had left it. I called and left several messages and finally he answered. I told him that I had left my purse in the restroom. He asked me , “which one “ I replied that you only have one. The man got quiet for a second then started hollering “no purse, no purse” then hung up on me. Excellent experience renting a U-Haul van.
The agent misrepresented the requirement to purchase insurance to rent a vehicle. It added to the cost of the rental which would have been covered by my personal insurance policy. Integrity counts!
Stay away from these people they have been trying to run my card for anywhere from 25 up to $100 every other day for the last couple weeks now I just figured out where it’s coming from and I’m bout to figure out thank you come again
