Pat’s Automotive went above and beyond for us to repair my husbands 2004 Silverado rack and pinion. Pat saw that was recently replaced at a local competitor was faulty so he mentioned we should check to see if they’d cover it under warranty. We called that business and they said they’d cover it but then said after bringing them Pats diagnosis, they examined the truck and said that another part connected to the rack and pinion was the issue and that it would be $1300 for everything! Poor customer service! Pat is very unprofessional and will try to rip you off! He told us that there was several things wrong with our car and then became upset and rude when I questioned the charges. I decided to take the car to the dealership and found out that Pat lied. He charged for changing shift cables that was never the problem, then he said we needed a new alternator. Here is how good Pat’s is… The shop came so highly recommended from my co-workers and friends that I decided to take my car there even though I live all the way in Mt Pleasant. Trust me, it’s worth it! The guys at the shop are the most skillful, honest, and nicest mechanics you will find. They have saved me money on my car and helped me avoid costly repairs. THE Problem to Tiffanys car WAS repaired the continued overheating was due to husband or boyfriend kept taking the 40amp maxi fuse out of the cooling fan assembly and replacing the 40amp maxi fuse he had for his aftermarket stereo. we are not here to cheat anyone we WIll make it right always have always will.
I just bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee this past week after my old vehicle had been totaled out by insurance from an accident. Apparently these Jeeps have issues with the fuel gauges reading properly and/or the sender unit malfunctioning, the former of which I noticed the day after I bought the Jeep.
