Amazing customer service. I got a flat tire on my way from Iowa City to Amana, when I was headed out there for a conference. I was so lucky to have Pat and his wife Jennifer. Jennifer even drove me to Amana to get to my conference on time while they fixed my tire. It was a very easy patch job, but I am deeply grateful to them for their customer service and ability to get my tire fixed quickly.
I had a low / flat tire on my way to work. My search brought me to Pat's Auto Tire Service. I was literally at his front door when he opened. He fixed my tire first thing. I was very pleased with everything ...people, service, everything. Thank you.
Great place, great mechanics, great work, great prices, couldn’t ask for more. My car was a mess when I came in, leaking coolant, misfiring for weeks, leaking brake fluid, a whole list of problems. A neighbor told me to come down to Pat’s and the car drives better than it did when I bought it. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and you can always trust you’re getting a good price. Looking forward to doing business here again.
I have used Pat for all my mechanical issues since I moved out to the area. He came highly recommended and is very knowledgeable and reliable. He and his wife Jenny are also very respectful and friendly and stands behind his work and always does only what is needed to get my vehicle fixed and is very straightforward and honest and absolutely willing to help get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner and treats everyone that comes in to his shop like family and makes you feel at home.
