I have a high mileage Tucson I took them with a knocking sound they checked it out and told me my engine was the culprit. They referred me to the dealership which replaced my engine under warranty. They could have gave me an outrageous price and tried to fix it, but were honest and sent me along without a charge. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Had a radiator leak on my ‘21 Silverado. Looked like drain petcock needed changed so took it to pats. Drain plug was changed and still leaked. They told me my radiator might need replaced and if I have an extended warranty it may be covered through GM certified dealer. I checked paperwork and sure enough it was covered at no cost to me. They are honest and not looking to take you for a ride. Thank you for your help and advice on my issue. Highly recommend Pat’s Auto Repair, great service!
