I called Pat’s and spoke to a gentleman on the phone. My battery and check engine light had been coming on, so I was calling to see if I needed a diagnosis if I had obtained a code from the “check engine light”. The gentleman on the phone told me it sounds like a battery or alternator issue and directed me to get a free charging system check at Advance Auto. I did as he said and sure enough… it’s my battery. We drove to Lawton from IL to visit Fort Sill. Had an issue come up with my Traverse. Needed it looked at quickly before we took the 15 hr drive back. He got to my car right away, no questions asked and helped us tremendously. Not to mention, brought peace of mind to my hubby who was still back home in IL! I would strongly suggest anyone to use Pat's Auto Repair. Anyone caring enough to help in an emergency is top notch in my book!!! Thank you again Pat!! We will never forget you.

Thank goodness he's open on a Sunday. Even with an "emergency" type of price it was pretty fair. Last time we got this same vehicle looked at, this other place 2 weeks to even look at it. Pat got us in and out on a Sunday. For our regular maintenance, definitely using this place!
