According to Pat he had his son Tyler work on our Honda and he himself didn't check the work at all before my own son picked up our vehicle. The oil and engine coolant were empty. I thought his son did it to vandalize our car. It was worse though. We found out a year later when our tail pipe fell off that our entire brand new exhaust system and catalytic converter was stolen and replaced with junk parts. I asked Pat to make it right. Pat is truly an amazing man! He's so kind and honest and will not screw you over. His kitty is so cute and friendly too! I've never felt unwelcome by any of the people there and they are all very nice. I was referred to him by my sister and since then I haven't gone anywhere else!!!
