sold customer thru ebay9/23 a 8 inch J with mini j (Kathy Valentine) . we accidently sent the 15 inch j model. we corrected it within 24 hours notice 9/26 and sent a call tag for the return. customer will not return phone calls, will not answer messages thru message center.it is now 10/26. very poor company. blocked ebayer. have to decide if we want to take legal action.
