I normally don't write reviews about anything, but I have to give a five-star review to Chris at Pat's Auto Repair. Having daughters attending Stockton University many hours from home, finding a trustworthy and honest mechanic is so important for a dad who can't be there. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Chris's integrity, honesty, fairness, professionalism, and downright good work! My daughter is attending college nearby and when her car would not start (even with a jump), I found Pat’s Auto Repair online. Reviews looked good and I called and had a good conversation with Chris. We had the car towed to the shop and he quickly assessed the problem (the starter) and replaced it within a day, for a reasonable price. He even went so far as to clean the driver side door, where the tow truck driver left an unacceptable amount of grease (Chris sent me a picture – I couldn’t believe how dirty it was). Came here for brakes and oil change. Also ended up needing a new battery. I felt they were reasonable and fair w the pricing and they completed work in a timely fashion considering I called the night before to come in the next day. I felt I could trust their recommendations as well as the work they did. Will definitely be using this shop in the future!
I am very happy with this shop. They are honest and reliable. I bring my vehicles there, and my mom and dad recently brought their vehicle here too. I totally like how they are a home town shop. I highly recommend them. You will be totally satisfied.
