I had an unusual interaction with the person who answered the phone right now. They answered with "Hello, Pat's Audio Art" and when I started explaining my business, they cut me off saying "We're closed, please call elsewhere". I'm not sure what "closed" meant in this respect: closed at this moment (11am on a Thursday), or closed permanently. All I know is that I will not call back.
The door was closed although I was there whitin opening hours. Rang the bell. Guy opened the door reluctantly. He didn’t even let me in to take a look at his equipment. Poor service and poor judgement.
One of the very few surviving strict audiophile stores in town. Very knowledgeable sales staff serving the selected audiophile clients, choice of displayed equipment is not extensive but many can be custom ordered. If you are into audiophiles this is one of the places you want to frequent. Sit back and listen to the ultimate sonic enjoyment while the salesman explaining the process and comparing is fun. Had great visit at Pats. Arthur was very helpful, took the time to answer our questions and worked with our budget. Look forward to visiting again for new speakers down the road.
