We had the most incredible experience at Pat’s for our summer wedding! It’s the perfect DIY and laid back space where you can truly bring your vision to life. From start to finish, Brett was amazing so helpful, flexible, and calm throughout the whole process. The staff was equally wonderful, and the food was delicious.
I find it very rude when you send an email and get no response about a venue you're interested in. Ended up having my wedding at the Beachwood community center, which was awesome, So thank you pats, for not getting back to me.

I am a wedding photographer and recently photographed a wedding at Pat's 30 acres on a rainy spring day in May. The venue is a flexible and spacious blank canvas with plenty of covered areas for guests to stay dry during the wedding celebrations.
