I find it very rude when you send an email and get no response about a venue you're interested in. Ended up having my wedding at the Beachwood community center, which was awesome, So thank you pats, for not getting back to me.
this is an amazing place for an outside venue! we had a reunion of sorts. the food was great and the staff amazing!
I am a wedding photographer and recently photographed a wedding at Pat's 30 acres on a rainy spring day in May. The venue is a flexible and spacious blank canvas with plenty of covered areas for guests to stay dry during the wedding celebrations. The reception/dining space is adorned with romantic string lights, and the cocktail area is beautifully lit with a large dance floor near the bar.
