She is a super dedicated and knowledgeable realtor, she sold my property 2x as the first sale fell through due to the buyer's death before the closing date without a will....so I chose to get the contract voided rather than wait for the family to get probate and then force the sale as the family didn't want it and apparently this caused a lot of controversy and Pat went to the lawyers and the real estate board to get permission to do that, then after that the banks decided they didn't want to give a mortgage for a renovated ... read more
