2026, they are very expensive this year double if what my payments was last year. They are losing a lot of customers this year. I'm the 5th person this months to drop their auto insurance
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!! I would prefer to give this company a zero. Absolutely refused to work with us on my mother in laws account after her passing. Zero compassion or flexibility. I believe they simply did not want to issue the homeowners insurance credit to her estate, so they tried to make things difficult. I am not even sure what they did was legal to be honest. My claim for a small accident to my car could not have been handled more quickly or smoothly. My claims rep was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient as he explained things. Patrons is such a comfortable business to deal with. I greatly appreciated all their help.
My experience working with staff at Patrons Oxford Insurance has been a rewarding collaboration; all individuals I interacted with were courteous and caring. One in particular, Kelly Boivin, has been especially helpful and on top of all the facets of the claim process. My sincere thanks!
I can not urge you enough to avoid these folks at all costs. If you read the reviews it is a list of everything that is wrong with the industry. In my instance they dropped auto coverage as soon as they saw “estate” on the check. Now I have to find coverage to move a deceased parent’s car. Please go anywhere else.
