Patrons Claim #24A52051, So to begin with after the accident, $20.00 a day for a rental is less than 1/2 of what it is to rent a vehicle. Being without a vehicle for 60 to 90 days $800 dollars a month out off pocket. No adjuster sent to do an estimate, sent pics and got a Ridiculous estimate for $6500 dollars, parts alone was $6000 doing it myself, (30 years in and out of autobody industry). Dropped us after they did a no notice inspection on our house. According to what I interpret from the policy they are supposed to give us a grace period and then if the issue isn't fixed after 30 days they can drop our coverage. Immediately fixed the issue and was in touch with Patrons and was bluntly told "we're still dropping you" Well within their rights as a business to do so, doesn't mean they are ethical. Will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Thank you for the work you did on my behalf to get the car back on the road after the ice storm and tree falling. In spite of the hiccups with the first adjuster, everything went smoothly. Additionally, because I also have renters insurance with you, I was able to replace a good deal of my spoiled food with the payout after my deductible. That was certainly a massive benefit given the rising costs of food.
